General Terms and Conditions

PAREDO operates an online platform for moving and transportation services. Our objective is to connect service providers (certified moving companies) and customers (hereinafter referred to as users) in an efficient way. The contract for the services is concluded directly between the service provider and the client. Thus, our platform only functions as a competent intermediary between the service provider and the customer. These PAREDO ("AGB") General Terms and Conditions apply only to all current and future legal relationships between PAREDO and users of its website who use it to solicit its services. By sending a request via the PAREDO platform, the user accepts and recognizes exclusively the validity of the ABG of the current version. Zurich, 5th December 2018.

Legal proceedings

Essentially, PAREDO enables users to receive and compare individual offers for removal and transport services and to conclude corresponding contracts directly with the providers. By submitting the request details on the platform, the user invites providers to submit an offer / contact. Users may receive offers or be contacted directly by the respective provider. The user is not obliged to accept an offer. If the user accepts an offer, a binding contract is concluded with the provider in accordance with the offer. PAREDO shall be released from any liability from this point in time. PAREDO is neither responsible nor liable for any loss or damage incurred by the user in connection with the GTC and the contracts concluded between the user and the provider or for actions, omissions or errors of the providers.
